• Do I need to schedule an appointment to reserve a date and place my deposit? Do I need to sign a contract how can I do that?

Please contact Marcia at (201)588-9978 she will be glad to contact you to arrange payment and a contract. At Dimora we know that time is valuable. In most cases, depending on the event everything can be arranged by phone email, fax or by filling out the client questionnaire. We will have an idea of how you want your event. In the event you have any other question the event planner can set up a visit at your convenience.

• How much staff will I need for my event?

This all depends on the numbers of guests, the type of event, the menu and location. We will be able to determine these factors after you fill out the event questionnaire. We will be happy to let you know how many bartenders or serves you will need. When you chose the package that most suits your event; we will accommodate you as best as we can.

• I need more then just catering. What else can you help me with?

At Dimora catering we can handle any rental needs, you just need to ask. We can arrange entertainers, DJ's, custom cakes, florist, a photographer at your request. Please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

• Do I have enough time to plan my event?

Depending on the event it is important to leave at least a 3 week window to make all the arrangement necessary to have a great event to remember!
